Sunday Coffee is changing for the better.

Last Sunday I sent out a newsletter explaining my new premium offering for Sunday Coffee Pro: 5 workouts per week with how-to videos attached from a professional trainer.

But as I thought on it more and more, I realized that marketing this would only pull my focus into another direction.

So instead, I’ve decided to drop 5 workouts per week for free here on Sunday Coffee.

These will start going out tomorrow. These are my workouts and my programming, and they’ll be focused on building muscle and getting strong as hell. Each one will include:

  • Warm-ups

  • Working sets

  • Cooldowns

  • and of course - tunes

The weekly long form newsletter will stay, but it will also now be turned into a Youtube video (subscribe for more).

The Youtube channel will also have a lot of shorts for ‘how-to perform exercises’. It already has several on there now.
